Dear Families,
I can hardly believe that summer is here. My time with your wonderful children is almost up, and although I am excited to spend time with family and friends this summer, I am sad the school year has come to an end. Thank you for welcoming me into the Highcroft community. It is truly a special place, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with your children. They are an amazing group. They have been so welcoming and kind. My transition into their classroom has gone so smoothly because of it. They are helpful and kind to one another too, and have a fantastic sense of humor. I laugh and smile everyday! They love to sing, dance and joke around. Although they love to have fun, they know when to be serious and work hard too. They are truly amazing!

5th Grade Graduation Information:
They are ready and excited for next Tuesday, June 3rd! All family members are welcome to attend the closing ceremony. The students should arrive and come to the classroom between 1:15-1:30; closing starts at 2:00 PM. Students should wear comfortable dress clothes.
A Last Bit of Business:
The algebra final test is coming home in Friday Folders. A summer computation review math packet is also in Friday Folders. Please, please, please remember that there is a HUGE number of math enrichment and review activities posted in Moodle. You'll need the username and password I emailed earlier in the year once you access this site, and then use the Alt. Login. (Contact Ina Loobeek if you have forgotten the passcode information).
